sarah chilton

Sarah and her husband, Blake, moved to Bryan/College Station with their four children in 2013 to plant Declaration Church. Together they have served this community and fallen in love with the people that reside there. Sarah began her Real Estate career and quickly realized how passionate she was continuing to serve her community in this new way. She is committed to carrying each of her clients through their transactions with a kind fierceness and an attention to detail. In 2021, it was decided that she and her dear friend, Jenn Bacak, would form the Chilton Bacak Group. Together they are able to guarantee a concierge service to each and every client they serve, truly being better together.

Jenn bacak

Jenn (Baylor alum, class of '97) and Rusty (Aggie class of '93) moved to Bryan/College Station in 2003 with two toddlers in tow. Rusty built his own Family Medicine Practice in town and they grew their family until they became a family of seven. When Jenn decided to tackle a real estate career, she hit the ground running! Loving people AND checklists, she fell in love with serving clients and meeting their needs. After working their solo careers for a little while, Jenn and Sarah couldn't wait to join forces and form the Chilton Bacak Group! They both love what they do and they feel they are even better together! They keep aiming high, setting goals that they feel are lofty, and then blowing past them. They are fully invested in serving clients well, exceeding their expectations, and leaving nothing on the table.

Betsy Segers

Betsy graduated from Texas A&M University in 1987 with a BBA from the Mays Business School with a concentration in Marketing. Before becoming a Realtor, Betsy had extensive experience in sales, management, and marketing.

She began her career in Houston in 1988 working for an independent provider of document management systems. Beginning as a salesperson, she advanced to account executive and then moved into sales management. In 2005 she became the sales director for a commercial real estate and golf management company. In 2008, Betsy decided it was time to work for herself!  She purchased a small B2B brand and built it from a concept to a successful company through the development of keen marketing and sales strategies. In 2018 she sold her company for a profit and decided it was time to take a break…or was it?

Influenced by her husbands business of commercial real estate and development of the Traditions Community and golf club in Bryan, Betsy’s love for real estate blossomed.  Helping home buyers in her community was the perfect fit while utilizing her marketing, sales and management skills.

Since living in Bryan, Betsy has been active in several community and charity events, including volunteering at The Parc Senior Living Community, and   supporting the Ronald McDonald House charities. When she is not working, Betsy enjoys spending time with husband, David, Class of ’86, as well as her two children, Trent Class of ‘13  and Samantha Class of ’16.  When Betsy is not working with clients you will find her on the Pickle Ball courts or playing Mahjongg with the neighbors.
